ISM/ISPS/MLC AUDIT

ISM, ISPS, and MLC Audits are internationally recognized compliance assessments that ensure vessels operate in accordance with key maritime regulatory frameworks governing safety, security, and crew welfare.

The ISM Code (International Safety Management Code) audit evaluates the vessel’s Safety Management System, focusing on operational procedures, risk management, emergency preparedness, and continuous improvement processes. It ensures that both shipboard and shore-based operations are aligned with safe operational practices.

The ISPS Code (International Ship and Port Facility Security Code) audit assesses the vessel’s security measures, including access control, threat response procedures, security equipment, and crew awareness. The goal is to ensure that the vessel is protected against security threats such as piracy, terrorism, and unauthorized access.

The MLC (Maritime Labour Convention) audit focuses on crew working and living conditions, ensuring compliance with international labor standards. This includes accommodation quality, food and catering, medical care, employment agreements, working hours, and overall welfare of seafarers.

Together, these audits provide a holistic assessment of a vessel’s compliance with global maritime standards, ensuring safe operation, secure environments, and fair treatment of crew members.
